Refund and Return Policy – Red Eye Hemp

Return Policy
You may return unopened items or products that still contain a reasonable amount of unused material within 60 days from the date your order was placed. All returned products must be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund of the purchase price.

How to Start a Return
To return a product, simply contact our customer support team, and we will guide you through the process step-by-step.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we may ask for clear photos so we can verify the issue and provide a quick solution.
If your order included promotional items (such as free gifts), those items must also be returned. If they are not included, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items that are not damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement.
Replacements are only issued for the same item you originally purchased unless that item is no longer available.
If a returned defective item shows visible signs of being dropped or physically damaged—which caused the defect—a 25% restocking fee may be applied.
Exchange Policy
If you prefer a faster exchange, you may place a new order for the item you want and return the unwanted product afterward.
To do this:

Send the new invoice number to the customer service agent handling your original claim.

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the original product (excluding shipping charges).
